The WWE tours Australia this week.
WWE Smackdown and ECW Live in Australia NOW
The WWE continues its tour of Oceania this coming week. I just noticed the time, which means the first show in Australia starts in just a few minutes from the time of this posting. The Smackdown and ECW Superstars are in Melbourne Victoria, Australia, Friday night. That show starts at 7:30PM, which means it is probably too late to get into that show at the Rod Laver Arena. Since this is short notice to make that show, I am going to move on to the other four shows throughout Australia in the coming days.
Saturday, June 14 at 7:30PM they will be in Adelaide, South Australia at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. This is the first time the WWE Smackdown and ECW Superstars have been to Adelaide in over two years. The card includes Edge, Batista, Rey Mysterio, Kane, The Great Khali, Finlay, Kelly Kelly, and more. The line-up for all the shows are of course subject to change.
Sunday, June 15th the Superstars listed above roll into Sydney New South Wales at the Acer Arena for another 7:30PM show.
Monday June 16th they head to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Newcastle New South Wales.
The tour wraps up on Tuesday June 17th at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane Queensland.
C.M. Punk, Kofi Kingston, and Natalya Neidhart were all present in New Zealand this past week, so it might be ok to assume they stuck around for the Australian tour. This is the only time the Smackdwon and ECW Superstars will be in Australia in 2008. All shows are presented by Dainy Consolidated Entertainment.
