McMahon's Million Dollar Mania - Week 2

This week's password was: Watch Raw & Win

As he started dialing it was apparent that someone finally pointed out that he has to cover up the sound of the dialing since each number has a distinct sound in a distinct key.

The first winner was 15 year old Denzel Parker of Virginia Beach, VA who won $125,000. He asked Denzel what his favorite animal is, he said dog, and Mr. McMahon asked him to bark like a dog. He did, but the phone broke up. Parker said he planned to give a little to the church, take his mom on a shopping spree, get the new Smackdown! vs. Raw video game, and be in the front row of the next Virginia Beach show.

The next winner is Michael Leyva of Monroe, NC. He wins $100,000. McMahon asks who is the most handsome and most well-known individual to be born in North Carolina. Mike's answer is Ric Flair, not the answer he wanted to hear since he was born in NC. Leyva is a lightbulb salesman who expects to pay off some bills and maybe even his house that he purchased three months ago.

Out came Hacksaw Jim Duggan to help him, complete with tux, and 2X4 in tux. Hacksaw dialed, and when the other end of the line answered it was the guy's machine! McMahon took great pleasure in leaving a message that he could have won, but lost out cause he wasn't watching Raw.

They dialed again and got a DX recording. What is with all these people that have to have a musical recording answer their phone before they get to it? Jesse Jordan of Bethel, Ohio won $50,000. Jesse said he had two words for McMahon, but was stopped, and instead he had him do his impression of Hacksaw. Jordan is a 32 year old financial consultant who will help out his mom with some of the money. He also wants to see some pay-per-views, live events, and a Billy Joel concert.

Kyle Mathisen of Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota. He made Kyle sing the National Anthem, and then told him he won $175,000. Kyle wanted to say something, but McMahon wasn't going to let him, but he managed to get it out before he hung up on him. Apparently Night of Champions is on Kyle's birthday. It was appropriate that he had to sing the Anthem, Kyle is a 26 year old disabled Navy vet who has been a fan since the age of three. He plans to pay off all his credit cards, his house, and loan some money to a friend.

The next winner is Becky Carmon of Advance, North Carolina. In honor of Ric Flair being the 16-time World Champion, Becky wins $16. The 55 year old airplane parts inspector plans to frame her winnings.

The next winner was Alana Ayres of Westmont, Illinois who was overjoyed to get the call. When asked about all the superstars she has ever seen, who was the most handsome. Before he could finish the question she was sucking up and answering that he was. She won $174,984 to even out the amount left.Alana is a 23 year old college student that plans to buy her mom a new car as well as pay for her college education.

After the break...

The winner this time is Peter Mauer of Bloomville, New York. He won $75,000. Mauer won’t only be expecting his $75,000, he is also expecting a new baby. (By the time of this writing they probably have had the baby.) He is a 39 year old that works for a pharmaceutical company, and is a big Stone Cold fan.

First McMahon announced there will be another round of McMahon's Million Dollar Mania next week on the special 3 hour edition of Raw.

Now it was time to give away the remaining $300,000. The winner is Frank Turbeville of Haddon Township, New Jersey. Turbeville is a 32 year old Air Force vet who plans to use the money to pay off bills, buy his fiancée a car, take a vacation, give his dad some money, and buy a better headstone for his mom.

At the start of Raw Mr. McMahon said after the first match he would start by giving away $200,000 to someone. Jerry The King Lawyer pointed out during the first match that over 1.5 million people had registered already. The password you needed to know when Mr. McMahon called was WWE Universe.

Time to give away $200,000! McMahon joked about wearing his "cheaters" (glasses) so he doesn't end up dialing the wrong number. He dialed two numbers and said he had already dialed the wrong number. After he dialed the number correctly he got a recording that said, "Please enjoy the music until your party answers the phone." The recording then started playing "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley. McMahon looked puzzled. As he gave up and hung up the phone the guy on the other end said hello. McMahon joked about how they were building the suspense. He dialed again, and got the same recording. Daniel Crummett from Twentynine Palms California answered, gave the password and became the first winner of McMahon Million Dollar Mania, by winning $200,000. Daniel actually has a tattoo of Kane's mask with some fire around it. Crummett is a 24 year old grocery store employee who claims to be a 20 year WWE fan. He says he might take a vacation to Utah to visit his brother and will now definitely be attending Wrestlemania XXV.

20 minutes into the show - The next call was made. Justin Guy of Greenfield, Tennesee answered, gave the password, and won $75,000. Justin Guy has a framed John Cena poster hanging in his house. He and his wife also have three kids. Justin is a 26 year old care giver. He plans to use his winnings to pay off his house.

30 minutes into the show - Charlie Haas is out to help Mr. McMahon give away some more money. The first time he dialed the call didn't go through, nor did it the second time. The third time it was busy. So he had Dave from E-Prize bring out a new number. Donna Rose of Michigan answered, gave the password, and won $50,000. He gave Charlie a chance to help her win more money. If Charlie kissed a Diva he would give Donna $100,000 instead. He had no problem with this and out came Maria. Then, he tells him if he kisses another Diva he will make it $125,000. This Diva was WWE Hall of Famer Mae Young who came out and molested Haas. Ron "Damn" Simmons also came out to comment about the kiss. Donna ended up with $125,000. Donna Rose has a 4-year old daughter, and plans to use the money to get her husband a new Harley Davidson, and pay for an already planned trip to Niagra Falls.

Total given away 35 minutes into the show - $400,000

At one hour into the show - McMahon says he has $100,000 pulled out of the case this time, but he wants to be more creative than that. So he asks Lillian Garcia to stand up and pointed out that there was a rumor that earlier in the day she had a conversation with Jim Ross in which she was bragging that her measurements are 38-24-36. So he added them up, the total is 98...so he is giving away $98,000 this time. Stephani Green answered, gave the password, and won the $98,000. Stephani is a 22-year old stay at home mom of eleven month old twins.

90 minutes into the show - Sarah Furhmann gives the password, and McMahon says that the singing was worth $2, so she has won $2. Sarah is a scheduling manager for a neurosurgeon. She still likes the giveaway, but of course is a bit upset that she won just $2. The WWE however did offer her and her husband a free trip to New York City.

Right away he asks for another card with a number on it so he can give away $200,000 this time. Joshua Smith answers, gives the password, and wins the $200,000. Joshua's reaction on this 100% live edition of Raw was "Holy Sh**". They did however manage to bleep it, being live TV the censor is watching and ready. All we could hear from Joshua was "Hol" The 26-year old Smith is a Wal-Mart employee in Long Beach, Mississippi who has an eleven month old girl. Smith commented, "That's about 11 or 12 years worth of my salary."

At 104 minutes into the show - McMahon called Cryme Tyme up to the top of the ramp to help him give away the next prize. He first announced that after the main event match he would give away $250,000 to one person. First however, he needed to give away $51,998 to even everything out. Will Frank gave the password and won the $51,998. They then went into the commercial break with their trademark "It's all about that money, money, yeah, yeah!" Frank is a 33-year old construction worker in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He and his wife will probably use the money to get a new car.

Steve Rosenzweig answered and gave the password and won the remaining $250,000. Rosenzweig is a 42-year old internet retailer and longtime WWE fan. He is not looking forward to splitting this with his wife. They are in the middle of a divorce. My guess is it might have something to do with her wanting a better last name.

He actually did it, he gave away $1 million in one night! He will give away another million dollars on next week's episode of Raw. It is a great ratings gimmick, I am sure the numbers were huge throughout the night which is what assured a repeat giveaway for next week.

Be sure to go and register! You can register once per day, per email address. You do have to be a U.S. resident, and have to watch Raw live next Monday. Good luck to everyone who participates!

If you learned about the giveaway through us and happen to win, mention us in your interview the following day.
