Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler returns to TV

For everyone who misses Stacy Keibler, and yes I know there are many, including me, there is good news. She will be in a new ABC Family Channel mini-series entitled, “Samurai Girl”. The six-hour special event is based on a series of young adult novels about 19 year old Heaven, portrayed by Jamie Chung,

a Japanese girl who comes to find out that her adoptive father is the leader of the Yakuza. She also thinks he may have played a role in the murder of her brother. She leaves home to be trained in the ways of the samurai so she can come back and take down her dad’s evil empire with the help of her new friends.


Keibler will portray Heaven’s rival who used to be engaged to Heaven’s current love interest, Jake who is portrayed by Brendan Fehr. You might remember Fehr as Michael on the TV series “Roswell”, and more recently on “CSI: Miami”.

The new mini-series premieres on September 5th, check your local listings for time.

Keibler previously finished in third place on the second season of the ABC hit, “Dancing with the Stars”, and also had a brief guest-starring role on The George Lopez Show.
